The Flare app will provide your people with a wealth of resources to support their wellbeing and maximise the employee experience with benefits to attract and retain staff, including:
- Perks
- Discounted Store Cards
- Curated events
- Wellness content
How to invite an employee to access your Workplace Benefits the Flare app
As an admin in your Flare account, follow these steps to invite people:
- Go to the Users page
- For individual invites, find the active user and click on the "•••" button. Select "Invite to Workplace Benefits”.
- To invite multiple users, hover over their initials and select the checkboxes, click on "Actions •••" and select "Invite to Workplace Benefits" at the bottom of the screen.
- An invite will be sent to their email address, asking them to sign up and download the Flare app.

If your organisation is onboarding new starters using Flare, they’ll be automatically added to the Flare benefits admin

How an employee signs up to access your Workplace in the Flare app
- Click the "Get started" link in the invite you received for the Flare app.
- Verify your email address by entering the validation code sent to your email.
- Enter your mobile number to link yourself to your workplace
- Enter the SMS code received to confirm your mobile number and complete the registration.
- A registered screen with a QR code will appear, scan the code to download the Flare app from the App Store or Google Play.
